Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Many Hats (“we”, “us”) collects through getmanyhats.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Many Hats is operated by Crojach Software d.o.o., Karlovačka cesta 52 G, 10020 Zagreb, Croatia, which is the data controller for the personal data described here. For anything privacy-related, email ivan@getmanyhats.com.
What we collect
- Waitlist and early-access signups. When you fill in a signup form we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your name, how many kids you have, and your answer to “what’s your biggest scheduling headache”. We also record the time of signup and the page you signed up from.
- Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. If you accept cookies, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type).
- Advertising measurement. If you accept cookies, we may use the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. The Meta Pixel collects information such as the pages you visit and actions you take here, together with identifiers from your browser, and shares it with Meta.
How we use it
- To let you know when Many Hats is available and to send you early-access information you asked for.
- To understand what parents need so we can build a better product.
- To understand how people find and use this website, and how well our ads perform.
We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK: we process signup details on the basis of your consent (you chose to sign up), and analytics and advertising cookies only on the basis of your consent via our cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies
No analytics or advertising cookies are set until you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Reject, Google Analytics runs without cookies and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. We store your choice in your browser so we don’t ask again. You can change it any time: open cookie settings.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the site:
- Vercel — hosting, signup storage, and cookieless analytics.
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — emails us a copy of each new signup.
- Google — Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies.
- Meta — Meta Pixel, only if you accept cookies.
Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside your country. Where required, these transfers rely on the providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until Many Hats launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first. Analytics data is kept according to the providers’ retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop contacting you, by emailing ivan@getmanyhats.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have the right to object, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to complain to a data protection authority. Our lead authority is the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr), but you can also complain to the authority where you live. If you are in California, you have the right to know about and delete your data, and we do not sell or share it for money.
Children
Many Hats is built for parents. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. Please don’t enter details about your children beyond the number of kids asked for in the form.
Changes
If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we’ll let waitlist members know by email.
